You can book a room by sending a request by fax (812) 448 83 83 or e-mail sales@mhotelspb.ru,
or call the reservations department (812) 448 83 83.
You can make prepayment for accommodation or Visa Support letter only after confirmation of your reservation in our hotel.
Prepayment can be done by cash or credit card directly in our hotel / by credit card on-line via our site / by credit card with authorization form.
Prepayment should be made not later than 24 hours prior to check-in time (14:00) date of arrival.
Cancellation: if you cancel your reservation up to one day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged (we can return your money back).
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
Payment for the Visa Support Letter is nonrefundable.
