Best value for money ever!M Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is perfectly located. It is within walking distance of tourist sights (10-20 minutes) and very close to 2 underground stations (2-5 minutes).
The room was basic, but comfortable and very warm. The bathroom was of a decent size. The shower had good water pressure and it was easy to adjust the temperature, which stayed the same throughout.
The hotel offers an ample breakfast selection with cooked and cold options, and fresh fruit. You can even ask the breakfast lady for made-to-order fried eggs. The hotel provides complimentary bottled water in ever room and there is a water cooler on every floor, which was really practical for us.
The staff was extremely helpful and professional. The receptionists all spoke English and could not do enough for us.
We would definitely stay at M Hotel again on our future visit to St Petersburg.
