Об отеле остались только приятные впечатления, все на очень хорошем уровне, чисто, уютно, удобные номера, хорошие завтраки, вежливый персонал и, к тому же, очень удобное расположение. Советую останавливаться в этом отеле!

Very good accommodation
The stay was very pleasant. Nice rooms, friendly and friendly staff. Very good service. I can highly recommend this hotel. The problem only with finding the entrance. The entrance from the street is not visible and does not look very good. But behind the gate everything is different. Very nice, I recommend to all.

Есть все, что нужно, даже пожелать нечего. Прекрасные завтраки, в номере - все удобства:чайник, чашки, бокалы, холодильник, кондей, сейф, телевизор. 2 кресла и табурет - роскошь для 2-хместного номера. 2 приветственные бутылки воды 0,5. В ванной - халаты, фен, щетки, паста, гели-шампуни каждый день. Вай-фай нормальный. В общем, все хорошо!

Perfect!
Best breakfast I've had with a hotel, lots of selection and food was tasty. Room was wonderful, very large and clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were roomy and comfortable. Water dispensers in the hallway were super useful. Location was perfect, right in the middle of everything and close to main sights. Staff were super friendly, spoke great English and very happy to help.

M Hotel location, staff and Room cleanliness is too good
I strongly recommend M Hotel for the tourist friendly staff, cleanliness and location of the hotel. The staff at the breakfast counter made us very comfortable and homely. Also the house keeping staff were very cooperative.

Das Beste ist die Lage, perfekter geht es nicht
Das Beste ist die Lage, perfekter geht es nicht. Und auch das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Check in könnten alle perfekt englisch. Das Frühstück war ok, ich habe morgens immer frische Spiegeleier bestellt, das war kein Problem. Die Zimmer waren bequem über einen nagelneuen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen.

Super clean. Amazingly nice staff. Excellent location. Very good breakfast.
Only down side is beds- not that comfy.
But this was not a deal breaker at all.
We were a family of five: a double room, twin room, and a single room.. much more comfortable than a triple bedroom or a sofa bed

Great Hotel
We stayed at the M Hotel four five nights and found it to be ideal for our stay.
The rooms were a good size for two people, very clean and had all the facilities we needed including a fridge and tea/coffee facilities.
The staff were really friendly, spoke great English and were on hand 24/7 with advice, maps and helpful tips.

Rundum zufrieden!
Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, das Personal ist mehr als freundlich und immer hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig abwechslungsreicher sein.

M-Hotel great location
We stayed for 4 nights and found the English speaking staff at reception to be very friendly and helpful. The room was small but comfortable and reasonably clean. It was also quiet.
The location of this hotel is great, a short walk to Nevsky Prospect, cafes, restaurants, shopping malls.
Would stay again.

Отель с идеальным расположением в центре города. Рядом метро и Невский проспект. Пешком можно дойти как от Московского вокзала, так и до Невы. Хорошая камера хранения, выдают бирки. Персонал отеля на высшем уровне. Очень доброжелательны, легко решают проблемы. Отдельно хочу отметить уборку, она действительно на высоте. The location makes this a great selection. Close to metro and large emporium. Easy walking distance to lots of major attractions, ballet, museums, river cruises restaurants and shopping. While in busy vibrant area it is quiet as it is located in an inner courtyard not on the main street. Windows open for fresh air but no noise. Small, basic clean rooms. Многократно останавливаюсь в течение 8 лет в М-отеле, хотя приходилось жить и в более "звездочных" отелях, но они шумные и отдаленные. М-отель расположен в самом сердце города,в шаговой доступности все виды транспорта- метро, автобус, троллейбус и трамвай. Цена и качество проживания адекватные, неплохие завтраки дополняются вкусняшками -пирожными из кафе " Север".

This is a very friendly, well located hotel. Rooms are small but well appointed and very clean. The breakfast is a feast and sets you up for the rest of your sightseeing day. They provide a water fountain and also some water is provided daily in the rooms. Entrance is very secure. Easy access to nearby cafes and restaurants and the shopping centre across the road, including ATMs.
