Central, clean, good for sightseeingI chose this as part of my visa-free trip on the St. Peter Line, visiting St. Petersburg for the first time. I wanted the hotel to be central, safe, and offer a certain amount of comfort, and this hotel definitely fit the bill! What it delivers for the price, is really decent, plus you are less than 200m away from the excellent transport hub with two metro lines, a tram and numerous buses! With a spring in your step. you can walk to the Hermitage Museum and the Admirality in 20-30minutes. The Russian Museum, Mikhailovsky Theatre and Symphony Hall are a mere 10 minutes walk away. If you haven't been to St Petersburg before, and want to rely on walking and public transport to see as much as possible, this is an excellent choice of hotel on a mid-range budget.
