The hotel is wonderful. The location is perfect! Cleanliness, coziness, snow‑white bed linen, bathrobes, and towels. Everything is replenished every day, and the cleaning is excellent. The staff is attentive and very responsive. Despite the renovation work in the courtyard, it’s very quiet here. You can truly take a break from the noise of Nevsky Prospekt, even though it’s just a few minutes away. We’ve stayed here five times already, and we’re very satisfied every time. The last time we were here was four years ago, and since then the hotel has been noticeably renovated — we were glad to see that! Special thanks to Sevil, the buffet employee, who year after year greets us with a smile, shows care, and serves delicious breakfasts! Once we decided to try a different hotel and regretted it very much. Now we’ll only stay here! M‑Hotel is top‑notch! You’re the best!

We stayed at the hotel on the recommendation of friends. Everything is five stars. The location is just a stone’s throw from the metro station, we were checked in earlier than the scheduled time, and the staff was very courteous. The breakfasts are five‑star quality, and the pastries are incredibly fresh.

We’re leaving Saint Petersburg tomorrow… We’ve spent four days at your hotel! The impressions of our stay are the most positive and warm! It’s so nice to feel that! We liked everything. The staff is wonderful! We felt their friendly attitude at every step. Great hotel! We stayed here in July with our family. Our child was given a toy upon check‑in and was over the moon. We arrived in the morning, left our luggage in the designated storage room, and went for a walk. The location is absolutely ideal — everything is within easy reach. We were checked in a little earlier than planned. The room was perfect, no complaints at all. Towels and all bathroom amenities were provided. You can iron your clothes yourself on the second floor. On the first floor, there’s a shelf with books, board games, and children’s puzzles. Our rate included breakfast — the breakfasts are excellent, just what you need to have a tasty meal after waking up. I recommend this hotel!

This was our first time staying at the hotel, and we were very pleased with our choice. It’s clean, cozy, and quiet. The staff is friendly, and the buffet breakfast is quite tasty. The selection of dishes is modest, but you definitely won’t leave hungry. We appreciated the hygiene kit: gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, cotton swabs, cotton pads, a nail file, a toothbrush set, and a shaving kit. Each guest gets their own blanket and pillow. We stayed with two children: our daughter had an extra bed, and our son slept with us without a separate bed. After each cleaning, the tea set, sugar, and water were replenished. The location is another big plus.

For two years in a row, I’ve brought my grandchildren to Saint Petersburg (one at a time), and both times we stayed at M‑Hotel. I like everything! It’s hard for me to pick what I like most. Breakfasts — 5/5, location — 5/5, service — 5/5, cleanliness — 5/5. Even with all the buildings around the hotel under renovation, nothing spoiled my mood or my desire to come back. We liked the hotel: it’s intimate and cozy, with friendly administrators and a great team. Towels were changed every day, and hygiene supplies were replenished regularly. The breakfasts are varied and include porridge (a different kind every day), cottage cheese casserole, stuffed pancakes, fruits, cold cuts, and desserts. Everything is delicious. The location is very appealing. The Alexandrinsky Theatre, Nevsky Prospekt, and the square with the monument to Catherine the Great are all nearby.

A nice hotel in a quiet area, close to the main attractions. The rooms are small but equipped with everything you need. The bed linen is clean, the staff is extremely polite, and rooms are cleaned daily. They provide water, tea, and sugar; there’s a water cooler on the floor, as well as a utility room with two ironing boards, irons, and a steamer. The breakfasts are satisfying — you won’t go hungry. Options include porridge, cottage cheese, sour cream, pancakes, pastries, vegetables, fruits, tea, coffee, juices, various breads, cheeses, and cold cuts. Eggs are cooked to order. There’s also a very pleasant woman working in the restaurant.

This isn’t our first stay here. It’s the kids’ favourite hotel. The cute gift of plush bears makes the children want to come back again and again. There are different room types, including larger ones and standard rooms. For one adult and two children, I book a standard room — an extra bed fits in there. The rooms are clean and cozy. There’s a kettle and tea set, along with dishes, towels, and toiletries (shampoo, gel, toothbrushes) for each guest. The breakfasts are fresh and tasty — there’s always something to eat.

As always, it’s top‑notch. The courtyard is cozy, the rooms are clean and fully equipped, and the staff are friendly. The hotel’s location is fantastic — all the main sights are within a 10–15‑minute walk. Sweet‑toothed guests will be especially happy: just around the corner is the famous Metropol confectionery, and a bit further away are the iconic St. Petersburg doughnuts (pyshki).

This summer, my wife and I are planning to visit M‑Hotel for the fifth time (we’ve already booked a room). We love this hotel for all the right reasons — the staff, the food, and the accommodation are all excellent. Everything is top‑class. I wish the hotel to keep up this high level of service for its guests!

An excellent place. The rooms are good, and the breakfasts are very nice. The room is cleaned every day. The room comes with a fridge, kettle, TV, and air conditioning. Every day, they replenish the bottled water, green and black tea, and sugar sachets. The location is great. I recommend this hotel.

A very good hotel. We visited Saint Petersburg from March 30 to April 4, 2026. We arrived at noon and were checked in right away. Our child received a soft bear as a gift — it was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. The room was clean and matched the photos on the website. It had everything we needed, including a disposable razor. Every day, each guest received a new bottle of water, plus tea and sugar. The only minor issue was that it was a bit too warm — the weather was already getting warm outside, but the heating was still working full‑force. The breakfasts were tasty and filling. The location is excellent: it’s a five‑minute walk to both the metro and the trolleybus/bus stop. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back. I recommend the hotel.

An excellent hotel. The administrators are polite. We were checked in before the official check‑in time, which was a nice touch after a long journey. The room is cozy and clean. While we were out, the room was cleaned. Everything was done discreetly and unobtrusively. The breakfasts offer something for everyone. We were left with a very pleasant impression of the hotel. I’ve already recommended it to friends who are planning a trip to Saint Petersburg. Also worth noting: the hotel is within walking distance of the metro, public transport stops, and Nevsky Prospekt with all its amenities.
