11. Guests are required to:
- treat the hotel’s property and equipment with care;
- maintain cleanliness and observe the established rules and procedures;
- compensate the hotel for any loss of or damage to hotel property in accordance with the current price list;
- strictly comply with fire safety regulations;
- when leaving the room, turn off water taps, close windows, switch off lights, television and electrical appliances, lock the room and return the key.
12. The following activities are prohibited in the hotel:
- smoking anywhere on the hotel premises, including guest rooms (in accordance with Federal Law No. 15‑FZ dated February 23, 2013). In the event of a violation, the hotel reserves the right to contact law enforcement authorities for the purpose of bringing the guest to administrative liability for smoking in prohibited areas. Should the hotel be subjected to administrative penalties as a result of a guest’s violation (and/or the violation by persons invited by the guest) of the smoking ban, the hotel reserves the right to seek reimbursement from the guest for the amount of any fine imposed by the competent state authorities. The Guest also acknowledges that smoking in a guest room will result in compensation for damages incurred by the hotel in connection with additional specialized cleaning of the room (including prolonged ventilation, use of odor-removal products, laundering of curtains, sheers, and textiles) in the amount of RUB 5,000;
- disturbing the peace and quiet of other guests between 22:00 and 8:00;
- allowing unauthorized persons to stay in the room or transferring the room key to them;
- storing bulky items, flammable materials, or weapons;
- using electric immersion heaters or portable electric hot plates;
- rearranging furniture in the room without the permission of the hotel administrator;
- keeping animals or birds.
13. Guests shall bear financial responsibility for any damage caused to the hotel.
14. The hotel shall be liable for the loss, shortage, or damage of guests' belongings brought into the hotel, except for cash, foreign currency valuables, securities, and other valuables. An item shall be considered brought into the hotel if it has been entrusted to hotel employees or placed by the guest in a hotel room or another designated storage area. The hotel shall be liable for the loss of cash, currency valuables, securities, and other valuables only if such items have been accepted by the hotel for safekeeping or placed by the guest in an individual safe provided by the hotel, regardless of whether the safe is located in the guest room or elsewhere on the hotel premises. The hotel shall be released from liability for the contents of such a safe if it proves that access to the safe by any person without the guest’s knowledge was impossible under the storage conditions or became possible due to force majeure circumstances. A guest who discovers the loss, shortage, or damage of personal belongings must immediately notify the hotel administration. Otherwise, the hotel shall be released from liability for the safekeeping of such belongings.
15. The hotel shall not be liable for interruptions in electricity, water supply, or water services caused by force majeure circumstances. In such cases, the hotel shall take all reasonable measures to provide guests with electricity and water services to the extent possible.
16. The hotel administration reserves the right to enter a guest room without prior consent in the event of technical issues within the room, smoke detection, fire, flooding, or where the guest violates these Rules of Residence, public order regulations, or rules governing the use of household appliances.
17. In the event that forgotten items are found, the hotel administration shall take reasonable measures to return them to their owners. Lost and found items are stored by the hotel for a period of 6 months.
- Food products in opened packaging are not subject to long-term storage and shall be disposed of. Food products in unopened packaging may be deposited in the luggage storage room in accordance with the general rules and shall be stored for up to 1 week.
- Unused personal care items shall be recorded in the lost-and-found log and stored for 1 week. Used personal care items are not subject to long-term storage and shall be disposed of.
- Personal cosmetic products in sealed packaging shall be stored for 1 week. Opened cosmetic products are not subject to storage.
18. Hotel staff and guests shall observe quietness and treat one another with courtesy and respect.
19. In the event of a violation of these Rules by a Guest, the hotel administration may issue a warning in order to restore peace and comfort for other guests. If the Guest repeatedly violates the internal hotel regulations and fails to comply with the requirements of the hotel administration and/or law enforcement authorities, resulting in material losses or creating inconvenience for other guests, the hotel reserves the right to refuse further services and evict the Guest from the hotel.
20. Upon departure, the Guest must settle all outstanding charges for services provided and return the room key.
21. The Guest Feedback and Suggestions Book is available from the administrator and shall be provided upon first request. Written statements and complaints are accepted by the hotel and reviewed within the time limits established by applicable regulations.
